|OUR MISSION||WORK PACKAGES||PARTNERS|
|The mission of BioSHaRE is to ensure the development of harmonized measures and standardized computing infrastructures.||BioSHaRE is a collaborative project that has been developed by investigators of a large range of disciplines. The collaborative activities of nine specialist work packages will enable the achievement of the project.||In order to achieve its objectives BioSHaRE will work in close collaboration with partner legacy biobanks.|

Deliverable 4.4 Object models for experiment and molecular data.
This deliverable addresses the need to devise object models for core molecular, phenotype, and environmental data. The new model – which we have named Observ-EMX (Entity Model Extensible) - is a generalisation to capture all entities of life science experimental, molecular and phenotype data in an extensible way. The Observ-EMX model and format are described in this Deliverable.
Deliverable 3.4 - Framework for Responsible Sharing of Genomic and Health-Related Data
The purpose of this Framework is to provide a principled and practical framework for the responsible sharing of genomic and health-related data.
Its primary goals are to:
Deliverable 3.1 - ESPRESSO-forte Study Simulation Platform completed
ESPRESSO (Estimating Sample-size and Power in R by Exploring Simulated Study Outcomes) is a novel software application that allows for statistical power analysis and sample size calculations in association studies.
